Processing

Orders are processed within 7-10 days upon placement of your order to give time for production and packaging. A notification will be sent via e-mail once your order's ready to be shipped.

Shipping

*Due to COVID-19 restrictions, please expect delays due to limited capacity of flights and your country's restrictions.*

All orders are shipped every Friday via PHLPost Registered Mail with a tracking number which will be e-mailed to you. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE make sure to place your complete address. It's never nice to have lost packages.

If you wish to make any corrections with your name, address, or any necessary information, kindly send an e-mail to [email protected]

Please take note that there may be taxes to be paid upon arrival of the item depending on your country/location. 

Order Cancellations

All orders are final once their placed and no cancellations are allowed. 

Product Returns

All items are carefully checked to be in the best condition and packaged safely before shipping. Should the item arrive damaged to a significant extent, kindly shoot an email to [email protected] for your concerns.
